Gayle Latimer,

| Gayle Latimer, Vice President of
Trial Consultants, Inc. and Director of our Tampa office, has
been with the company since 1990. Gayle conducts focus groups
and is involved in voir dire consultation and jury selection
nationwide. Gayle attends ATLA and ABA conventions (as well as
many other trial attorney conventions) in order to meet with
our clients and determine their research needs. She is in charge
of setting up research dates and following up after the research
has been completed to ensure that the client's needs have been
met. Gayle is also in charge of setting up speaking engagements
for Dr. Singer and providing whatever information is needed for
the speech. |

| David Sprung is the Chief Operations Officer of Trial Consultants,
Inc. His background includes owning his own business for 17 years.
David also worked in the broadcast field for a number of years.
